Shipping policy

Customers need to ensure that the delivery address is correct. Once the goods are sent, they will not be returned or exchanged. We may need to confirm your personal information before shipping your purchase. Under normal circumstances, our store's delivery time is scheduled within 2-3 working days after confirming acceptance of the order. If the customer confirms the order on a legal holiday, the order processing time may exceed 7 working days. After the order is mailed, all packages will be sent via Fedex. If any goods are shipped via Fedex, the customer must bear the postage risk and we will not make any compensation if the mail is lost.

Delivery service
Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore and Japan will be delivered using Fedex

Thailand Free tax shipment:
1) It will be shipped from Hong Kong to the warehouse in Thailand,
2) The warehouse in Thailand is delivered by Thailand Kerry
Delivery lead times around 14-21 days

Please carefully check and confirm your personal information and address when purchasing in order to arrange delivery.
