Refund policy

Online Order Return and Exchange Policy 
  1. If you encounter any issues with your product within 7 days from the date of delivery, please retain all original packaging materials, including the outer box, documentation, and any promotional gifts. 
  2. You must contact our customer service team within 3 days of detecting the issue, provide clear photos/videos of the product, and submit a return/exchange request. 
  3. Once we verify that the product's condition complies with our policy, we will notify you of your application status as soon as possible. 
  4. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, an exchange will be processed within 7 working days. Please note that all sales are final, and NO cash refunds will be issued.
    *If the returned item is not dispatched or collected within 7 days after approval, we reserve the right to cancel the return or exchange request.     
We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange requests under the following circumstances:
Items will NOT be eligible for an exchange if they meet any of the conditions below: 
  1. The request or return shipment exceeds the 7-day return window from the date of purchase/delivery. 
  2. Non-new or used condition: Items that show signs of wear, dirt, scratches, or damage caused by human error, or items with obvious stains or odors. We reserve the right to make the final determination on the product's condition. 
  3. Incomplete packaging: A complete return must include the original outer box, internal packaging bags/structures, user manuals, certificates, and all original accessories. 
  4. Altered or modified products: Any items that have been processed, printed, engraved, or modified from their original factory appearance. 
  5. Damaged factory packaging: Broken original product seals, torn boxes, or heavily damaged product packaging that prevents restocking. 
  6. Subjective reasons: Requests based on personal preferences, such as minor color discrepancies, "different from imagination," or "unappealing aesthetics."
Order Cancellation Notice:
If you wish to cancel an order due to personal reasons after payment, please contact us immediately. Orders CANNOT be canceled or modified once the goods have been shipped.
